About Selz

Selz is a Pierce County CDP on the north-central North Dakota prairie. Its name recalls the German-Russian settlement of Selz, Russia, and Rochus Sanders became the first postmaster in 1910. St. Anthony's Church, established in 1916, continues to hold Sunday Mass in the community.
