Sheridan, OR

Sheridan is a city in Yamhill County, Oregon, situated along the South Yamhill River at the base of the Northern Oregon Coast Range. Platted in the 1860s and incorporated in 1880, the community of approximately 6,339 has historically suffered major downtown damage from a 1913 fire and a 1964 flood. Public education is served by the Sheridan School District.
