About Siloam Springs
Siloam Springs is a Benton County city on the western edge of the Northwest Arkansas metro, close to the Oklahoma line. The community was founded in 1882 around spring water feeding Sager Creek, which early residents associated with healing. Today John Brown University is one of the city's defining institutions, alongside employers such as Simmons Foods, La-Z-Boy, DaySpring, and Cobb-Vantress. Downtown, the creek, and the meeting point of the Ozarks and southern plains give Siloam Springs a distinct Northwest Arkansas feel.
