About Somerset

Somerset is a home rule-class city and the county seat of Pulaski County, Kentucky, situated near the shores of Lake Cumberland. Settled in 1798 and hosting the annual Master Musicians Festival, the community of approximately 12,216 is home to Somerset Community College. Public education is served by the Somerset Independent School District.
