South Blooming Grove is a village inside the town of Blooming Grove, Orange County, New York, situated within the greater New York City metropolitan area. Incorporated in 2006 to establish local municipal zoning control, the community of approximately 3,866 is served by both the Washingtonville and Monroe-Woodbury Central school districts.
