South Daytona, FL

South Daytona is a city in Volusia County, Florida, situated on the western bank of the Halifax River. Located immediately south of the city of Daytona Beach, the residential community of approximately 13,500 was originally established as the town of Blake in the late nineteenth century. Zoned within the Volusia County School District, the city features nearby access to Atlantic Coast beaches, riverfront parks, and local commercial corridors.
