Star City, IN

Star City is a tiny, peaceful rural community tucked into Pulaski County in northern Indiana. Home to fewer than 300 residents, it sits just a few minutes south of Winamac among quiet stretches of open farmland. The settlement got its start in the mid-1800s under names like Two Mile Prairie and Scarboro before locals settled on Star City in 1861. Today, it remains an unhurried, close-knit spot where neighbors know each other and life moves at a comfortable country pace.
