Stepping Stone, CO

Stepping Stone is a master-planned neighborhood in Douglas County, situated just west of Parker and about thirty minutes south of downtown Denver. Developed primarily throughout the 2010s, the community features newer single-family homes, sidewalks lined with native landscaping, and clear views of the Front Range. Everyday neighborhood activity often revolves around the Lantern House, a central clubhouse complete with a community pool, splash pad, event lawns, and walking trails that weave between the homes.
