Stillwater sits right on the scenic St. Croix River, about thirty minutes east of the Twin Cities. The town is naturally shaped by a dramatic river bluff, creating two distinct settings. Down below along the water, you will find the postcard-perfect historic downtown, anchored by the iconic 1931 lift bridge that now serves exclusively as a walking and biking path.
