Storm Lake, IA

Storm Lake is the county seat of Buena Vista County, Iowa, situated along the northern shore of its namesake lake. Platted by railroad magnate John Insley Blair, the city of approximately 11,428 is home to Buena Vista University and the King's Pointe Waterpark Resort. Public education is served by the Storm Lake Community School District.
