Sunnyside, WA

Sunnyside is a Yakima County city in the lower Yakima Valley, surrounded by irrigated farmland and agricultural industry. Before Euro-American settlement, the area was inhabited by Indigenous peoples who hunted and lived across the valley. Later irrigation and railroad-era development helped turn Sunnyside into a farming center.
