Tallassee, AL

Tallassee is a quiet river town set along the rocky falls of the Tallapoosa River, roughly 35 miles northeast of Montgomery. Straddling the border of Elmore and Tallapoosa counties, the town is home to around 4,800 residents and carries a rich heritage as an early textile hub.
