Talmage, NE

Talmage is a village in Otoe County, Nebraska, United States. The 2020 census counted 198 residents. The area in the vicinity of Talmage began to be settled in the late 1850s. The Missouri Pacific Railroad 's Kansas City-Omaha line construction reached the area by 1881. Talmage is in Johnson County Central Public Schools. Talmage was formerly in Nemaha Valley Schools. That mix gives Talmage a clear local shape within Nebraska, with older layers still visible in current places.
