Tierra Verde, FL

Tierra Verde is a Pinellas County census-designated place at the southern end of the St. Petersburg area, connected by the Pinellas Bayway. Its location near Mullet Key and Fort De Soto gives it a strong coastal-defense and barrier-island backdrop, while modern Tierra Verde is mostly residential and boating-oriented. The roads lead toward beaches, marinas, and open water more than a traditional town center. Tierra Verde feels sunny, affluent, and nautical, with St. Petersburg close behind and the Gulf just ahead.
