Timber Pines, FL

Timber Pines is an established, guard-gated 55+ community located in Spring Hill along Florida's Nature Coast. Spread across roughly 1,400 wooded acres, the neighborhood features around 3,400 homes, offering a mix of low-maintenance attached villas and single-family houses. Built starting in the early 1980s, it has evolved into a golf-cart-friendly community shaded by mature pine trees and filled with quiet, winding residential streets.

Life here centers on recreation and social connection, with four golf courses, swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a clubhouse that hosts regular activities and events. Everyday conveniences are right outside the gates along U.S. 19, including grocery stores, restaurants, and medical centers. For day trips, Weeki Wachee Springs is a short drive north, and the rest of the Tampa Bay area is easily accessible for airport runs or weekend outings.
