Trexlertown is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Upper Macungie Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Developing from a colonial tavern established by Jeremiah Trexler in 1732 near the headwaters of Little Lehigh Creek, the community of approximately 2,416 is served by the Parkland School District for public education locally.
