Tuppers Plains is an unincorporated community and census-designated place on the boundary of Olive and Orange townships in northeastern Meigs County, Ohio. Ohio State Route 7 runs through the center, and State Route 681 crosses it there, making the community a road junction for a spread-out patch of southeastern Ohio. Route 7 leads northeast to Coolville and southwest to Pomeroy, the county seat; Route 681 heads southeast toward Reedsville on the Ohio River and west toward U.S. 33.
