Tutuilla, OR

Tutuilla is a census-designated place in Umatilla County, near Pendleton in eastern Oregon's high country. The 2020 census counted 448 residents across 20 square miles of land at about 1,427 feet. It belongs to the Pendleton-Hermiston micropolitan area, placing a small rural boundary within a county shaped by dry-land wheat, irrigation, railroads, and the Umatilla Indian Reservation. Its location keeps the community connected to Pendleton, while its broad, unincorporated footprint gives it an open regional setting. The CDP has no incorporated town center of its own.
