About Twinsburg Heights

Twinsburg Heights is a Summit County census-designated place on the west side of Hadden Road, between Darrow and Highland roads. It is part of Twinsburg Township and has remained unincorporated; seven streets named for universities give the small hilltop area a clear internal map. The Heights developed its own identity inside the township, with church life and local organizations carrying much of the neighborhood’s story. The place is small enough that its street names and church buildings do much of the orienting.

Early services met in rented rooms and private homes, and later churches became a defining part of the community’s physical and social map. The wider Twinsburg area adds the historical society museum, the 1848 First Congregational Church, and the old Twinsburg Institute, but Heights remains its own place within that larger setting. For a newcomer, the practical scoop is boundary and hill: this is an unincorporated Summit County community identified by its university-named streets, churches, and rise above Hadden Road.
