Ty Ty, GA

Located along Highway 82 in Tift County, Ty Ty is a small, quiet community of around 700 people in south Georgia. Its unusual name comes from nearby Ty Ty Creek and the native titi trees that grow along the water, though green thumbs across the country might know it best from local plant nurseries. The town started as a railroad depot in the late 1800s to serve local farmers, and that agricultural heritage is still visible in the surrounding fields and pecan groves.
