Unionville is a small, quiet community tucked right along the southern edge of Tifton in south Georgia. Home to around 1,700 residents, the neighborhood got its start back in the 1880s around the Union Lumber Company, tying its roots to the early timber and railroad boom that shaped the surrounding region. Today, it retains a relaxed, close-knit feel while sitting just minutes from the conveniences of the city.

Daily life here is closely connected to the rest of Tift County. Local students attend the centralized Tift County School District, and residents easily commute into Tifton for shopping, healthcare, dining, and work.
