Active flight paths from Randolph mean jet noise varies quite a bit from one block to the next, so spend some time listening outside prospective homes during daytime training hours. School attendance zones are split between Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City ISD and Judson ISD, so verify your target address directly with the districts. Older neighborhoods near Pat Booker Road feature established mid-century houses that may warrant a check on past electrical work or additions, while newer subdivisions near Kitty Hawk Road trade that vintage character for modern layouts and heavier commute traffic.
