Opened right in the middle of a lively mixed-use district on Tremont Road, this multi-story facility brings together fitness, recreation, and local gatherings. Residents can head here to swim laps, jog on the elevated track, let the kids burn off energy on the indoor playground, or catch an art exhibit. The building also hosts event spaces with great rooftop balcony views, alongside on-site medical and wellness clinics from the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Upper Arlington's appeal goes back over a century to when brothers King and Ben Thompson set out to build a scenic, master-planned community just northwest of Columbus. Designed with winding residential streets and easy transit to downtown, the neighborhood quickly grew into one of the region's most sought-after suburbs. Today, Lane Avenue still serves as the town's welcoming front door, connecting peaceful residential avenues directly to the Ohio State University campus and the wider Columbus metro area.

You can easily see the city's evolution as you drive through its neighborhoods. South of Lane Avenue, historic Old Arlington features stately stone and brick homes, towering trees, and scenic walking trails that give the area its classic charm. As you travel north, quiet mid-century subdivisions blend into bustling retail and dining pockets. The annual Fourth of July celebration is a massive local highlight, drawing crowds for a classic morning parade down Northwest Boulevard followed by evening festivities and fireworks at Northam Park. Every September, that same park area teams up with the Tremont library grounds to host the popular Labor Day Arts Festival, bringing together dozens of regional artists, live music stages, and hands-on activities.
