About Urbana

Urbana is a city and the county seat of Champaign County, Ohio, situated forty-one miles west of Columbus. Platted in 1805 and serving as a military headquarters during the War of 1812, the community of approximately 11,204 features the historic Monument Square Historic District. Public education is served by the Urbana City School District.
