Vidalia is the largest town and the parish seat of Concordia Parish, Louisiana, situated on the west bank of the Mississippi River. Connected directly to Natchez by the Natchez-Vidalia Bridge and serving as the site of the state's first hydroelectric power plant, the community of approximately 3,928 is served by Concordia Parish Schools locally.
