Vineyard Haven is a census-designated place and coastal community in the town of Tisbury on Martha's Vineyard, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. Known historically as Holmes Hole and called Nobnocket by the native Wampanoag people, the village of approximately 2,469 is the island's primary commercial port. Public education is administered by the Martha's Vineyard Public Schools.
