Waldport is a coastal city in Lincoln County, Oregon, situated at the mouth of the Alsea River on Alsea Bay. Named for its forested oceanside setting by early German settlers and incorporated in 1911, the community of approximately 2,177 is served by the Lincoln County School District and operates Waldport High School locally.
