Walnut Ridge is a friendly small town of around 5,000 residents in northeast Arkansas. Sitting right where Highways 67 and 412 meet, it serves as the county seat of Lawrence County while keeping a relaxed, unhurried pace. Wide-open farmland surrounds the community, giving it plenty of breathing room, yet a half-hour drive down the road brings you right into Jonesboro for bigger-city shopping, dining, and healthcare.

Day-to-day living revolves around local schools, quiet neighborhoods, and an unexpectedly lively downtown with a fun piece of rock-and-roll history. In 1964, the Beatles made a brief stop at the local airfield, an event the town still celebrates through a dedicated guitar plaza, music festivals, and Abbey Road tributes. With Williams Baptist University close by and affordable homes throughout town, Walnut Ridge makes a solid, welcoming spot to put down roots.
