About Warrenton

Warrenton is a coastal city in Clatsop County, Oregon, situated near the mouth of the Columbia River. Located along the Skipanon River and Youngs Bay estuary just west of Astoria, the community of approximately 6,300 historically developed as a fishing and logging hub. Named after early settler D.K. Warren, the city is served by the Warrenton-Hammond School District and features the historic Fort Stevens State Park.
