Warwick is a quiet, rural community in southwest Georgia's Worth County, positioned along Georgia Highway 300 just a mile from the shores of Lake Blackshear. It has the feel of a traditional country town, framed by open farmland, pecan orchards, and peaceful backroads. Even with its secluded setting, Interstate 75 is only about 12 miles down the road, giving residents a straightforward commute to nearby Cordele or Albany for shopping, dining, and healthcare.

The biggest draw for newcomers is easy access to the water. Lake Blackshear and the neighboring Georgia Veterans State Park put boating, fishing, camping, and lakeside golf right in the town's backyard. Warwick also has plenty of local personality, best known across the region for hosting the annual National Grits Festival.
