Waterville, WA

Perched high on a plateau in central Washington, Waterville is surrounded by miles of rolling wheat fields and big open skies. Sitting at over 2,600 feet, it holds the title of the highest incorporated town in the state. That elevation brings four distinct seasons, from crisp, snowy winters to warm, dry summers with plenty of sunshine.

Downtown has an easygoing, historic charm anchored by its handsome brick courthouse. With just over a thousand residents, daily life centers on a tight-knit community, local schools, and neighborhood spots like Pioneer Park and the town pool. In the winter, locals head up to Badger Mountain for skiing, while the bigger-city amenities of Wenatchee are only a scenic thirty-minute drive down the plateau.
