Waverly, MI

Waverly is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Eaton County, on the west side of the Lansing area. It has no separate municipal government, so it feels more like a suburban district than an independent town. Lansing Mall is one of its best-known landmarks, and the surrounding neighborhoods are shaped by shopping corridors, schools, apartments, and commuter access. Waverly's role is practical: close to Lansing, but organized around everyday suburban life.
