Waverly, NY

Waverly is a quiet village tucked along New York’s Southern Tier, right on the Pennsylvania border in the Penn-York Valley. Home to around 4,400 people, it offers a relaxed small-town setting nestled between the Finger Lakes to the north and Pennsylvania's Endless Mountains to the south. Everyday routines here naturally blur state lines. Neighbors regularly head into neighboring Sayre and Athens for shopping, dining, and healthcare, giving residents the convenience of a larger regional hub alongside a peaceful hometown feel.

With Interstate 86 running right past the edge of town, commuting to places like Elmira, Sayre, or Owego is quick and straightforward.
