West Ocean City is a census-designated place in Worcester County, Maryland, situated directly across the Sinepuxent Bay from the resort town of Ocean City. Connected to the barrier island by the Harry W. Kelley Memorial Bridge along U.S. Route 50, the community of approximately 5,198 is a hub for regional marinas, boating, and deep-sea fishing charters.
