White Hall, WV

White Hall is a Marion County town next to Fairmont, established in 1992 and organized around Tygart Mall Loop. The town’s first meetings were held on Local Drive; town hall moved to Timrod Drive in 2005 and now sits at Tygart Mall Loop, where municipal offices serve about 700 residents and over 300 businesses. That split between a small residential population and a broad business base is the useful local fact: White Hall works as a commercial edge of the Fairmont area while also running its own town government. Town council, public safety, farmers and artisans markets, and summer music events all appear on the town calendar.
