White Horse is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Hamilton Township, Mercer County, New Jersey. The community's name derives from a local legend that George Washington rode through the area on a white horse in 1789 during his inaugural journey to New York. Bounded to the south by Crosswicks Creek and Interstate 195, the neighborhood of approximately 10,500 is served by the Hamilton Township School District.
