White Marsh, MD

White Marsh is an unincorporated Baltimore County community northeast of Baltimore. In 1965, the county identified this largely undeveloped corridor as a preferred site for intensive development, and that decision still shows in its shopping centers, offices, apartments, and major roads. Nearby suburbs include Perry Hall, Rosedale, Middle River, and Parkville. White Marsh is best known regionally for its retail and commercial role, but it also has residential neighborhoods and quick access to I-95 and the Baltimore beltway.
