Wilkinson Heights is an Orangeburg County census-designated place beside the city of Orangeburg. The 2020 Census counted 1,946 residents. South Carolina Highway 33 and Whittaker Parkway frame the road map, and Whittaker Elementary sits at 790 Whittaker Parkway as part of Orangeburg County School District. Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School and other district facilities serve the wider school network, while nearby Orangeburg supplies city streets, shopping, medical care, and regional jobs.
