William Paterson University of New Jersey, NJ

William Paterson University of New Jersey is a census-designated place in Passaic County, New Jersey, centered on the university’s campus in Wayne. The institution began in 1855 as Paterson City Normal School, created to prepare teachers for New Jersey’s expanding public schools.
