Wilroads Gardens, KS

Wilroads Gardens is a census-designated place in Ford County, Kansas, about a mile south of U.S. Highway 50 at 117 Road. The 2020 census counted 639 residents. It sits in the open plains outside Dodge City, where county roads cross fields, pasture, and broad stretches of western Kansas. The highway gives the community a direct connection to Dodge City and the rest of the Arkansas River valley. The plain is part of the short-grass country that surrounds Dodge City and carries the highway west.
