Wishram, WA

Wishram is a small, quiet community set along the north bank of the Columbia River in Klickitat County. Home to fewer than 400 people, the town sits in the sunny eastern end of the Gorge, surrounded by dramatic hills and open water views. It has long served as a key railroad stop and even has its own passenger station for the Amtrak train. It offers a calm, unhurried pace of life, with fishing and boating right down the road and the everyday amenities of The Dalles just a short drive across the river.
