About Woodbury
Woodbury is a city and the county seat of Gloucester County, New Jersey, situated sixteen miles southeast of Camden within the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Founded in 1683 by English Quaker Henry Wood to escape religious persecution, the community of approximately 10,042 was historically known to Native Americans as Piscozackasing. The city contains the Broad Street Historic District and is served by the Woodbury City School District.
