Worthington Hills, KY

Worthington Hills is a small home rule-class city in eastern Jefferson County, part of Louisville's suburban edge. The 2020 census counted 1,563 residents. It was incorporated separately on January 31, 1980, and the community sits along Westport Road near the Chamberlain Lane Ford plant. Louisville Metro and Jefferson County provide the broader governmental setting, so the city operates as an incorporated pocket inside the Louisville area rather than as a freestanding county center.
