About Worthington

Worthington is a city and the county seat of Nobles County, Minnesota, located in the southwestern corner of the state. Originally settled in the 1870s as Okabena Station along the railway, the community of approximately 13,800 is a regional hub home to Minnesota West Community and Technical College. The city is famous for hosting the annual Windsurfing Regatta and King Turkey Day, with public education provided by School District 518.
