Adair Village, OR

Located just seven miles north of Corvallis along Highway 99W, Adair Village is a quiet, close-knit community in the heart of the Willamette Valley. Home to around a thousand residents, the town originated as Camp Adair, a major World War II Army training base. When the base closed, surviving officer housing and buildings formed the foundation of the modern town, which officially incorporated in 1976. Today, that unique past gives the neighborhood a distinctive character surrounded by open farmland.

For newcomers, Adair Village offers a relaxed, small-town atmosphere with a quick commute to Oregon State University and downtown Corvallis. Local kids attend schools in the Corvallis School District, and outdoor lovers enjoy neighborhood spots like Adair County Park along with the expansive trails of the neighboring E.E. Wilson Wildlife Area. It provides a peaceful rural lifestyle while keeping the jobs, dining, and conveniences of the larger city right down the road.
