Armorel, AR

Tucked into the far northeastern corner of Arkansas, Armorel is a tiny, peaceful farming community just a few miles east of Blytheville. Home to a few hundred residents, the area is surrounded by wide-open Delta fields and quiet country roads between Highways 18 and 312. The community gets its unique name from a blend of Arkansas, Missouri, and the initials of its founder, Robert E. Lee Wilson, who helped build up the local timber and cotton trades at the turn of the twentieth century.

Today, Armorel offers a slow-paced rural lifestyle with easy access to everyday conveniences in nearby Blytheville.
