Avoca, NY

Tucked into a scenic valley along the Cohocton River, Avoca is a quiet village of under a thousand people in northern Steuben County. It has a relaxed, rural atmosphere surrounded by farmland and rolling hills, situated conveniently between the Southern Tier and the Finger Lakes.
