About Geneva

Geneva is a city situated at the northern end of Seneca Lake in Ontario and Seneca counties, New York. Named after the Swiss canton and established near the historic Seneca village of Kanadaseaga, the community of approximately 12,512 is home to Hobart and William Smith Colleges and the Cayuga-Seneca Canal. Public education is administered by the Geneva City School District.
