Avra Valley is a census-designated place in Pima County, Arizona, situated west of the city of Tucson. set within a fifty-mile valley, the community is bordered by the Tucson Mountains to the east and the Roskruge Mountains to the west. Saguaro National Park protects the northern Tucson Mountains in its West Unit, which directly borders the valley.
