Baltimore Highlands is a census-designated place in Baltimore County, Maryland, situated directly south of the city of Baltimore. Bound by the Patapsco River to the south and the Baltimore-Washington Parkway to the west, the community of approximately 8,206 is home to the historic English Consul mansion, the former estate of Maryland's first British consul. The town is served by the Baltimore Light Rail and Baltimore County Public Schools.
